Questions about credits.
Is Loopa a subscription?
No. Loopa uses one-time credit packs — you pay once and the credits are yours to spend across the studio. There are no recurring charges or auto-renewals.
What can I do with credits?
Credits power every generation. Today it's about 10 credits for a short 1080p video, 3 credits per image, and 5 credits per character pose. The credit cost per generation may change over time.
Do credits expire?
Credits from new purchases expire 12 months after the purchase date. Each new purchase extends the expiry of all your existing credits to 12 months out, so regular customers don't lose unused credits.
What if a generation fails?
Failed generations don't consume credits. If something goes wrong on our side, we automatically refund the credits to your balance.
How do I buy credits?
Sign in to Loopa Studio with your Google account, open Buy Credits, and choose a pack. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe.
