This Privacy Policy explains how Muntean Holding AS ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), a company registered in Norway, operating under the developer account Illebra.app, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Loopa mobile application ("App").

By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the App, including processing your generation requests
• Manage your account and sync credits across your devices
• Analyze App usage and engagement through Firebase Analytics to improve the user experience
• Identify, diagnose, and fix crashes and technical issues through Firebase Crashlytics
• Measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns through integration with Google Ads (see Section 4)
• Communicate with you about service updates if necessary
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Advertising and Google Ads Integration

We integrate Firebase Analytics data with Google Ads to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and to optimize our marketing efforts. This means:

• Analytics events and usage data may be shared with Google Ads to help us understand which ads lead to app installs and engagement
• We may use audience data derived from Firebase Analytics for ad targeting and campaign optimization in Google Ads
• Google may use device identifiers (such as Advertising ID on Android and IDFA on iOS) to attribute ad conversions
• The App does not display advertisements to users; this integration is solely for measuring our own advertising campaigns

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings: on iOS, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; on Android, go to Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with the following third parties:

• Google (Firebase): Analytics data, crash reports, and authentication data are processed by Google's Firebase services. Google's privacy policy applies to their processing of this data
• Google (Veo 3.1 API): Prompts and images you submit for generation are sent to Google's Veo API for processing. Google's terms and privacy policy govern their handling of this data
• Google Ads: Aggregated analytics and conversion events are shared with Google Ads for campaign measurement and optimization
• RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase data is processed by RevenueCat for managing in-app purchases and credits
• Apple / Google (App Stores): Purchase transactions are processed by the respective app stores
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Firebase services (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication), which are hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Firebase security rules to restrict data access
• Authentication-based access controls to ensure users can only access their own data

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time (see Section 9)
• Analytics data: Firebase Analytics data is retained according to Google's default retention settings (typically 14 months)
• Crash reports: Crash data in Firebase Crashlytics is retained for 90 days
• Generated content: Generated videos and images are stored on your device. We do not retain copies of your generated content on our servers beyond what is necessary for delivery

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at yolo@illebra.app and we will promptly delete it.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data
• Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Objection: Object to certain processing of your data, including for advertising purposes
• Withdrawal of consent: Withdraw your consent at any time where we rely on consent for processing

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States (where Google's servers are located). These transfers are necessary to provide the App's services and are protected by appropriate safeguards, including Google's data processing terms and standard contractual clauses where applicable.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, if appropriate, through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
